Foodbroker is Nordic Food’s trading and brokerage concept, creating direct connections between food producers and professional buyers.
We help producers find new markets, establish sales channels and develop long-term commercial partnerships — and we help wholesalers, distributors and buyers find relevant products and suppliers.

Through our international approach we identify products and producers that can create value in new markets.
Our work includes product research, market studies, supplier contact, price negotiations and commercial coordination. We have a special interest in small and mid-sized producers with unique products, regional specialities and exclusive ranges — including producers with limited production series.
